Joe is a 2004 Graduate of Blue Ridge High School, a 2008 Graduate of Misericordia University with a Bachelors Business degree, and a 2010 Graduate of Kutztown University with an MPA. He is also an ISA-certified Arborist, an expert in tree health, decay, and removal.
