Joesph B.Pipitone, also known as Tree Trunk Joe, has always had a passion for tree care and the great outdoors. In 2009, he turned that passion into Top Notch Tree Care, with the mission to provide Professional Tree Care services, superior customer satisfaction and to improve the local community and Arboriculture industry.
Top Notch Tree Care is owned and operated by Joseph B Pipitone an ISA Certified arborist. Joe is a 2004 Graduate of Blue Ridge High school, 2008 Graduate of Misericordia university with a Bachelors Business degree and a 2010 Graduate of Kutztown University with an MPA. He is also an ISA certified Arborist, expert in tree health, decay, and removal.
